Warranty and Claims Every Tavish & Bishop timepiece is protected by our 3-2-1 Limited Warranty. If your watch exhibits any manufacturing defect — beyond the normal wear and tear expected from daily use — within the warranty period, please contact us. Our certified technicians will evaluate your claim and guide you through the next steps.
Please note:
• The warranty is valid only if the watch was purchased through an Official Tavish & Bishop Jeweller.
• The warranty card must be completed in your name and dated the day of purchase, and must be presented with the watch for any claim.
• The warranty does not cover signs of regular aging, accidental damage, misuse, flooding, or issues caused by unauthorized servicing.
• Any work performed by third parties may void the warranty.
• Warranty claims must demonstrate that the issue existed despite reasonable use. For example, cosmetic wear to the bezel or case after extended daily use is not considered a defect.
• All warranty decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Tavish & Bishop technician assigned to your claim. Their evaluation is final.
